We are also looking at building with Rawson Homes. We are waiting for the Survey Report to arrive so that we can actually know how much is the slope. We are currently working on our plans. We are happy with their customer service and prompt response. Hopefully it stays same way.
Can u pls share how have you managed your electrical plan and r they flexible enough and how generous is their allowance. Can you pls let me know what all upgrades have u gone from their platinum list. We will be going for Ceasorstone benchtop. How abt their cabinetry? Can you please share how much did they quote you on the cabinets and cupboards, alfresco, tiles to the ceiling of the bathroom. Have you included clothesline in your list. I note they dont include the clothesline.
